At Cielo House, we’re always on the lookout for opportunities to connect, create, and showcase what’s possible when events and sponsorships are designed with intention. Recently, we had the chance to do just that as a sponsor of Sip & Socials, an event series created by Maxx Marketing to bring small businesses together in an inspiring, collaborative setting.


This wasn’t a major stadium activation or global sporting event, it was something far more grassroots. A room full of entrepreneurs, marketers, and creatives exchanging ideas, stories, and inspiration. For us, it was the perfect reminder of why small business events are such powerful platforms, both for connection and for demonstrating the value of sponsorship in action.

Our involvement was all about showcasing how events can feel elevated, creative, and memorable,  even in a more intimate setting. 


  • Dream Event Phone Booth: Guests were invited to step into our branded phone booth and record their dream event idea. It sparked bold conversations and gave people permission to think outside the box, while also giving us a treasure trove of insights into what excites small business owners about events.

  • Branded Merchandise: We designed and distributed custom merch, creating tangible takeaways that kept our brand front of mind well after the event wrapped. For us, merch is never about slapping a logo on a tote bag, it’s about designing something people genuinely want to use, wear, or share.

  • NFC Sign: We brought our NFC enabled sign, giving attendees an easy, interactive way to engage with our content. One tap took them directly to our digital touchpoints, making it effortless to connect and learn more about what we do.

  • Custom Charging Table: Our branded charging station not only solved a very practical problem (dead phone batteries) but also doubled as a hub for networking. Sometimes, the simplest ideas are the most effective.


And of course, all of this was wrapped in clean, cohesive design, with eye catching graphics, ensuring every touchpoint felt premium and on-brand.
