As we wrap up an action packed second quarter, it’s clear that Q2 was a period of growth, elevation, and serious ground game at Cielo House. From coast to coast, and even overseas, our team has been heads down delivering bold brand activations, high end hospitality, and unforgettable event experiences, all while expanding our team, launching new platforms, and investing in the business behind the scenes.
In short? We’ve been busy. And proud.
Here’s a full breakdown of the events and moments that made Q2 truly memorable.

Celebrating Personal Milestones While Leading Events Nationwide
We’re kicking off this wrap up with something that’s not just a company win, but a personal achievement we’re incredibly proud of - both myself and Hope officially graduated. I graduated with my MBA, and Hope, her Bachelor of Business, a huge moment for both of us, and a reflection of the ambition and drive that underpin everything we do at Cielo House.
Studying while running a business, travelling interstate, managing events, and building something from the ground up is no easy feat. Their commitment to lifelong learning and professional development sets a powerful example, and we couldn’t be prouder.

The Power of Presence: Events Across Australia
Q2 was defined by presence, showing up in person, at scale, and with energy. We activated across multiple states, collaborating with iconic brands and delivering experiences that sparked engagement and brand love.
Here’s a breakdown of some of the key events we delivered:
AFL Gather Round with Coates: We supported hospitality delivery across this high-profile AFL round, ensuring VIPs experienced the best of the game with a premium touch.
Australian Boardriders Battle Final with Boost Mobile: Bringing the buzz to the surf community, we executed an exciting fan activation at the event that reflected Boost’s bold, youthful energy.
Bells Beach Pro + World Surf League (WSL) with Boost and Mophie: A back to back activation effort along Australia’s most iconic coastlines, helping brands connect deeply with their surf and lifestyle communities.
Tasmania, Perth and Darwin Supercars with Coates: We managed hospitality delivery for these locations including custom merchandise, branding and money can’t buy experiences.
Perth Supercars with Boost: We launched the brand new Boost Mobile drift car, alongside the S13, and got to grab a hot lap around the track with Mitch Pullen!
Coates Branch Activation - Belmont: A standout moment this quarter - planning Coates’ first ever in branch brand activation in alignment with their Supercars partnership.
AUSX Supercross Round 1 Launch with AME + Boost: We kicked off the 2025 season of Supercross with a bold, action packed event alongside Boost and AME, with drift cars, FMX and BMX bikes, Boost ambassadors and much more, set against the backdrop of the Sandstone Point Hotel.
Monster Machinery Day with Boost + Supercars: We wrapped up the quarter with a family friendly, crowd drawing activation that brought Boost’s identity to life with the drift cars on display for all the fans to see.
This list doesn’t even capture all the details, the signage, the guest lists, the brand ambassadors, the styled spaces, the travel, and the precision it takes to make each of these activations look effortless. But it’s the combination of all of these moments that build momentum and shape what Cielo House is known for.

A New Era Behind the Scenes
While the team was out executing, we were also laying the groundwork for the next stage of Cielo House behind the scenes:
Podcast Launch: Cielo Talks - We officially launched our podcast, giving listeners an inside look at the business of events, branding, and entrepreneurship. It’s a space for storytelling, strategy, and spotlighting the people and thinking behind great brand experiences.
Website Rebrand: The digital face of Cielo House is getting a glow up. We’ve spent Q2 rebranding and rebuilding our website from the ground up, the new platform will better reflect who we are, what we offer, and what makes us different. Launch is just around the corner.
Team Growth: With all this momentum, it was time to grow. We brought on new team members to support across operations, events, and design, helping us deliver even more, with the same attention to detail and creativity we’re known for.
New Client Work: AutogenAI - We also kicked off new event work with AutoGenAI, delivering premium events in both Brisbane and Perth as part of their ongoing national presence. It's a brand we’re excited to grow with.
Bali Working Trip: Yes, we even managed a little international energy, a working trip to Bali allowed us to reflect, strategise, and come back refreshed with renewed creative clarity.
