Coates required a premium hospitality programme and sponsor activation presence at the F1 Australian Grand Prix. The brief called for a branded lounge experience that would hold its standard across the full race weekend, an arrival sequence and in-room journey for tiered guests, and onsite talent integration to reflect the Coates brand presence at one of Australia's most commercially visible motorsport events.
What Was Delivered
Cielo House designed and delivered the full hospitality programme from brief through to post-event reconciliation. The branded lounge concept, fit-out, and supplier curation were developed specifically for the Albert Park environment. The guest experience sequence was built in reverse from departure, so the arrival flow, the in-room dwell experience, and the departure moment all held to the same production standard. Talent integration and host briefing were managed by the Cielo House team, alongside crew management, service standards, and live floor management across all four days of the event.
