Cancellation Policy

To ensure that both parties have a clear understanding of the terms of service, please review the following policy regarding booking, rescheduling, and cancellations: Booking: All appointments must be booked at least 48 hours in advance to allow sufficient time for preparation and review of any documents or briefing materials required. Completing these materials prior to your session is crucial as it enables us to provide the most effective and tailored consulting experience. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, you may do so without penalty up to 12 hours before your scheduled session. This can be done through our online booking platform. Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment is not permitted, and the session will be forfeited if not attended as originally scheduled. Cancellations: We do not accept cancellations. Once booked, appointments are considered final. Please consider your availability carefully before scheduling a session to avoid any inconvenience.
