Eligible entrants:
Entry is open to all attendees of Sip and Socials who enter via QR code on the day.

Details of prize:

The winner will receive an Event Management Package from Cielo House Events to plan and deliver an event of their choice.
Cielo House will provide their event management services and time at no cost.
All event costs (venue hire, catering, AV, entertainment, suppliers, permits, etc.) are to be paid by the winner.
Winner may allocate up to $10,000 AUD + GST toward event costs.
Event date to be mutually agreed between the winner and Cielo House, and to be held within 12 months of the prize being awarded.

Value depends on event selected by the winner. Estimated value of event delivery and time based
on event costs of $10,000 AUD + GST is approximately $2,000 AUD + GST.

To enter, attendees must:

Leave a message on the Cielo House phone booth telling us the dream event for their company.
Scan the QR code and enter their details.

Maximum number of entries:

One entry per attendee.

Judging details:
Judging will take place on Monday 8 September 2025 by Cielo House Events.
The winner will be chosen at the discretion of the judging panel.

Notification of winners:
Winners will be contacted by email on Tuesday 9 September 2025.

Terms & Conditions of Entry

Acceptance – Participation in the competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Eligibility – Entry is open only to attendees of Sip and Socials.
Entry Requirements – Entries must be submitted in the required format before the close of the competition. Late entries will not be considered.
Prize Details – The prize includes Cielo House’s event management services for one event within 12 months of winning. All other costs for the event are the sole responsibility of the winner, up to a maximum value of $10,000 + GST AUD as nominated by the winner. Any travel costs relating to th event form part of the event costs that are the responsibility of the winner.
Event Scope – The event must be feasible within standard event management parameters and comply with any legal, permit, and venue requirements. Cielo House reserves the right to reject
unreasonable event concepts.
Prize Transferability – The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Winner Obligations – The winner must work collaboratively with Cielo House on event planning and provide timely decisions to ensure the event can be delivered within agreed timeframes.
Limitation of Liability – To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of accepting the prize or participating in the competition.
Disqualification – The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that breaches these terms or is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or non-compliant with competition rules.
Privacy – Personal details collected will be used only for the purposes of administering this competition and will not be shared without consent, except as required by law.
Promoter Rights – The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition if circumstances beyond their control require it.
